$250 per night - 3 nights minimum stay
Extra adult:	$55 each per night
Children:	$35 each per night
Discount for weekly stays - 7 nights for the cost of 6 nights. (excluding Christmas - New Year) Christmas and Easter - 4 night minimum
Conditions - Twenty percent (20%) to confirm booking - Cancellation: Full deposit refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation is provided - Smoking: Outside only
